First Essie Polish Experience (NOTD)

Hello all!

Back with another nail polish swatch. Really wish I had more opportunities to experiment more with my nails. But because I work in a food place, I can't paint my nails. But, I am getting 2 weeks off in a week so I will have a lot of "me" time! Cannot wait! It's going to be so nice to get a break from work.

Anyways, this is just a quick post on the first Essie polish that I have tried out.

Wore this when I went to London last week.

Essie Shade "Nice is Nice"

This is actually the only Essie polish that I own at the moment and I was lucky enough to get this in a Glossybox. Equally as lucky that it was in one of my favourite colours! I really liked this polish. Applied really well. Took around 2 coats to get the colour this opaque, which is alright because I usually use 2 coats when applying polish anyways. The brush was also good, small enough to be able to apply the product equally around the nail without creating a mess on the sides of the nail/cuticle beds. Only wore it for a day so I can't say how long it can last for. But I am satisfied with this polish.

Which Essie shades are your favourite?

  1. I feel your pain in the no nail polish at work, I hate it! This looks like a really pretty colour :) Fun in the Gondola is my favourite, but I don't think you can buy it anymore. I also really want to pick up some of the ones from the latest collection!x

  2. My favorite is turquoise & caicos. It's a pretty mint green color! I love essie brushes cause they are smaller but all polish chips on me easy.
